Is there a participation bonus for the open beta test? If so, how do I receive it?

Those who play the open beta test and answer the survey will obtain a bonus that can be used in the retail version of the game.

A download code usable on the store of the platform indicated in your survey will be sent to the email address registered to your CAPCOM ID at a later date.

  • *The open beta test participation bonuses may be made available at a later date.
  • *Please note that we cannot address all of the requests submitted via the survey in the retail version of the game.
Can I unlink my CAPCOM ID from my platform account?

You must link your CAPCOM ID to your corresponding platform account in order to play the open beta test and also the retail version, so please refrain from unlinking these accounts.

Removing the account link will prevent you from properly receiving your bonus.

  • *You can unlink your CAPCOM ID from the corresponding platform account, but afterward you will not be able to replace it with a different account on the same platform.
    Also, be warned that an account that has been linked to a CAPCOM ID cannot be linked to a different CAPCOM ID after you remove the initial link.
Will anything in the open beta test be carried over to the retail version?

Created characters and save data will not be carried over to the retail version of the game.

However, the link between the CAPCOM ID and corresponding platform account will be carried over between versions.

Which languages does the open beta test support?

The following languages will be available:

Text: Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean
Voce: inglese

  • *Leviathan's navigation voice will be recorded in the same language as the in-game text.
On which platforms will the open beta test be available?

It will be available on the following platforms, and will allow matchmaking between all of them: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows (Microsoft Store), PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Steam (PC).

Can I play with my friends?

You can create Buddies with friends from your friend list on your platform of choice.

Buddies are teams of up to five members. Form Buddies to join Dino Survival games with these teammates.

You can also form Buddies between friends on the following platform combinations:

  • • Friends on the Xbox network (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows (Microsoft Store))
  • • Friends on the PlayStation™Network (PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4)
  • • Friends on Steam (PC)
  • *Aside from the Buddies feature, you can also match with other players on any of the supported platforms.
What operating environment do I need to join the open beta test?

The open beta test will be conducted on the following environments:

  • •Players must be able to connect to the internet via a broadband connection
  • •Players must have an Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, or a PC that fulfills the following system requirements:

How can I check if my PC meets the system requirements?

For Windows users, you can use the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to check the details of your computer.

The DirectX Diagnostic Tool can be launched from the dxdiag.exe file in the following folder:
Destination folder: C:¥Windows¥System32

In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, you can press the Save All Information button in the bottom-right corner to save all of your information. Please use this function as needed.

Precautions
  • •A CAPCOM ID is required to play this game.
    Please view the CAPCOM ID website for service details, methods of use, the Terms of Service and User Agreement, and to see how your personal information is handled.
  • •Age restrictions may be applied to the use of CAPCOM IDs.
  • •This is an online-only game. A continuous internet connection is required to play.
  • •Capcom may suspend or end online services in the event of unavoidable circumstances.
  • •You cannot change the platform account linked to your CAPCOM ID. Undoing the account link will prevent you from receiving your bonus properly.
  • •The download code sent as the participation bonus may not work in different regions.
    This is why we ask that you confirm the country/region registered to your CAPCOM ID, and check to make sure the region information selected on your survey is correct before submission.*In the event that a code is unusable due to errors with your registered information, we will not be able to replace it.
  • •Videos and live streaming of the open beta test will not face any issues as long as they adhere to the Capcom Video Policy.
  • •You must agree to the End User License Agreement to participate in the open beta test.
  • •The open beta test schedule may change depending on circumstances.
  • •Unforeseen errors or network load may prevent uninterrupted gameplay, and may lead to emergency maintenance periods or suspension of the open beta test.
  • •The software used for the open beta test is still in development, and therefore differs from the retail version of the game.
  • •Unforeseen behavior or bugs may occur while playing the open beta test. We ask for your understanding prior to participation that we will not be able to provide support under such circumstances
